Returns Policy


Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the specified shipping address provided. If not, any damages are to be reported at the time of delivery via a pictorial image as proof. Additionally, any damage also needs to be reported on the courier company’s receipt slip as proof. All refund claims have to strictly follow these two proof procedures. In the event of any one proof missing, Nutty Nuts will not be liable for any refunds.

All items sold by Nutty Nuts are of a perishable nature and once delivered cannot be returned unless damages are reported to us using the procedures described in the previous paragraph. In the event that a damaged parcel is delivered to customer and the same is verified by us, a replacement can only be sent in case the customer has abided by the rules mentioned above. Nutty Nuts is not liable for any damages reported after the parcel has been received.

In case we do agree to send a replacement, it will be of the exact same product and not of any other product desired by the customer.

Nutty Nuts is also not liable for refunds claimed by the customer for any product that is not stored under the recommended conditions.

Nutty Nuts is not responsible for failed deliveries when:

  • An incorrect or outdated address is provided
  • The recipient is not available

Orders that are returned or diverted due to incorrect addresses or the recipient not available, will be subject to additional charges based on the courier company used to deliver the items.

Replacements Refunds

All replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of order receipt. Once the request has been received and approved, the replacement item(s) will be shipped within 2-5 working days. In case a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued through the original payment method provided the order has been paid for. Refunds can take from 10 to 30 working days to be reflected in your account. For a replacement or refund to be issued, at least one of the following conditions must apply:

  • The product has been damaged during delivery
  • The product is defective or out of date
  • The incorrect product was shipped
